Submitting the application

You need to correct or check some information, go back by clicking the Previous –button at the bottom of the page.

You need to save and submit the application in one session.

All fields marked with red star are mandatory. *

1. Personal Information

Full in your full name as written in your passport.

Choose your school from the drop-down menu as well as your department. This information is used to direct the application to correct handler. 

 


2. Application Information

Supervising professor: write email of your professor, the application gives suggestions when you start to write. 


Fill in required information: enrollment, admission date, scholarship you are applying for ...

  • You can check your admission date in weboodi → user information → study right → valid starting date 
  • If you are applying the scholarship for studies completed within 18/24 months, please check the completion date of the last study attainment in weboodi.

 

3. Bank & Tax Information

Fulfill your bank information for payment. Required information depends on the bank contact and the country. If the information is false, the scholarship cannot not be paid. 

  1. Please notice the scholarship can be paid to an account that is in your name. 


Submission of the application

You will get notification in the browser when the application is submitted successfully and also email confirmation including ID for your application.

Application is incomplete → Additional information required 

If additional information is required for your application, you will receive email. 

The email includes a link to access your application to update or cancel it.

Decision 

When decision is made, you will receive an automatic email titled Decision of applied grant.
