Quiz is a tool for automatically graded multiple choice and other type of questions. It can be used for exams, too.

It contains 18 different question types, also including essays, numerical questions, drag and drop, short answer and Stack for mathematics.

Questions and choices can be shuffled. Feedback from questions can be immediate or deferred. In exam, always use deferred feedback.

When creating a quiz, first, you create the quiz and then add questions. Question bank contains all your questions in a workspace. A question bank can be imported.

Note! When using quiz as an exam:

• add opening and closing time to quiz. You can also use "time limit".
• use deferred feedback
• use "open attempts are submitted automatically" when time expires!
• do not give right answers before the quiz is closed.
• more details and recommendations when using quiz for large croups
