The Contextual Security Project aims at identifying and solving security and privacy problems relating to combining data with contextual information. We are looking at methods of how to make systems that are both easy-to-use and sufficiently security by utilizing context information, such as sensory data, from smart devices and finding privacy leaks in network-connected devices.
The Contextual Security Project is funded by Academy of Finland for a period of three years (September 2014-August 2017).
