This Wiki page is dedicated to publishing open-access analysis methods for EBSD analysis of deformation induced dislocation sub-structures. Supplementary datasets are also provided as open access.

Analysis tools:

Adaptive domain misorientation approach - basic methodology for resolving e.g. dislocation cells and sub-grains from deformed materials

Estimation of angular measurement noise for EBSD - methodology for estimating EBSD measurement accuracy

Grain size measurement using Matlab. Image based analysis of grain size and grain size distribution. An implementation that works directly with EBSD data using MTEX will be published Q2/2021.
