Login and verification

Login - first time (to be updated after service platform 26.9.2022 release, new technical features)

1. For login you will need to download and install Microsoft Authenticator App to your phone:

2. Open in your Browser:
https://aalto.my.salesforce.com (useful hint: bookmark this page on your browser)

3. Login with your Aalto username and password to SSO

4. On your PHONE (one of both will be asked):
    a) SMS with verification code OR
    b) Open MFA – Microsoft Authenticator App
        => for authentication to Salesforce

5. The MFA app will ask you: "Approve sign-in?" => "APPROVE"

6. Click "Choose Another Verification Method"

7. "Use verification Code from an authenticator app"

8. Possibly scan bar-code

9. You are logged in to Salesforce

Login - second time

1.Open in your Browser
https://aalto.my.salesforce.com

2. Login with your Aalto username
and Password to SSO

3. MFA – Microsoft Authenticator App
=> for authentication to Salesforce
